    SALES COORDINATOR (INDOOR) – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Good communication both written and verbal in English.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support by involving in handling of sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreements.
    • Responsible to record inventory and control input / output of stock.
    • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings by making appropriate arrangements for it.
    • Working closely with and within the departments and helping in co-ordination for sound functioning of the organization.

     

    ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • Min Diploma in Accounting.
    • Knowledge in UBS Accounting Software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must be able to handle full set of Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
    • The day to day operations shall cover areas such as processing payments, reconciliation of receipts, managing account payables and receivables.
    • Handle account payable, receivable, general ledger, cash book and bank reconciliation.
    • To look into all areas of office management: office equipment, housekeeping, cleanliness and facilities.

     

    BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Good communication both written and verbal in English.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement the market analysis and business strategy.
    • Liaise with government Agencies for new leads of businesses inquiries that may be interest by our Company.
    • Source for new material, new equipment, new tooling that may be required for new project.
    • Assist and coordinate for new projects / business set-up.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant quality policies, operations manual, procedure, functional specification and service level agreement.

     

    QC INSPECTOR – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • Min SPM or Certificate in relevant qualification.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Able to read technical drawing.
    • Good communication both written and verbal in English.

    Responsibilities:

    • To be responsible for carrying out inspection according to the drawing provided, customer specifications, condition of supply and customers’ requirements by using appropriate Inspection Measurement Test Equipment (IMTE).
    • Perform inspection activities for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection for raw material and finished product.
    • To generate timely inspection report correctly and upkeep of quality documents related to their area of work.
    • Responsible for all activities are carried out in line with quality procedure, SOP and comply to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485

     

    CNC MILLING SETTER/MACHINIST – 2 positions

    Requirements:

    • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Machining.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Able to read technical drawing.
    • Positive attitude and self-discipline

    Responsibilities:

    • To operate machinery to produce quality part meets with products specifications.
    • To carry out daily production activities and ensure that tasks are carried out at specified time

     

    ISO OFFICER – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • At least SPM level with minimum of 5 years of experience or minimum of 2 years of experience for a Diploma/ Degree holder or, as an Internal Quality Auditor/ External Auditor or equivalent.
    • ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 Certified Personnel.
    • Able to communicate effectively with higher level such as the Top Management, Competence Bodies, European Representative, Certification Bodies or External/Compliance Auditors

    Responsibilities:

    • Able to establish and maintain effectively the QMS Documents Control System
    • Coordinate and supervises the planning and performance of internal audits.
    • Empowered to manage and initiate the necessary actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS programme in the capacity of the elected Management Representative;
    • As a QMR, he/she is also responsible for the regulatory affairs of MDD related issues;
    • Initiates appropriate corrective and preventive action to rectify any potential discrepancies and non-compliances
    • Coordinates internal audits and management reviews of the quality management system

     

    CNC LATHE/ AUTO LATHE MACHINIST – 1 position

    Requirements:

    • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Machining.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Able to read technical drawing.
    • Positive attitude and self-discipline

    Responsibilities:

    • To operate machinery to produce quality part meets with products specifications.
    • To carry out daily production activities and ensure that tasks are carried out at specified time.
    • Able to perform turning.
