IT Business Analyst – 1 position
Requirements:
- Require Bachelor degree and above in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Technology or related major.
- Require good written and verbal English.
- Experienced on VB/C#/Java programming and database SQL queries.
- Excellent knowledge of Android SDK or other SDK such as AIR(AS3)
- Knowledge of XML, Web Service and JSON, SQLite, HTML and Javascript
- Coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practices
Responsibilities:
- Analysis user requirement and provide proper solution.
- Document on requirement and specification.
- Support the production to meet the goals on quality, yield, cost, utilization and cycle time.
- Define, construct, implement, and support MES system with application environment.
- Design, develop, and implement custom database application for internal customers.
Senior Business System Analyst – 1 position
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- Knowledge of PP processes (is must) within an SAP environment. (MM/WM is preferred).
- Minimum 3 full cycle SAP rollout project experience as internal/external consultant.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills-both English and Chinese.
- Minimum 5 years IT background with 3 years in SAP, performing the analysis of business requirement, propose solution, system development and customizing. Conduct testing (FUT, IST, UAT) and golive support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist business stakeholders in defining requirements.
- Translate the business requirements, strategies and goals into an IT solution.
- Research, analyze, and recommend solutions which meet the business needs.
- Interface with business users and technical staff to translate business user requirements into technical documentation such as use cases, process diagrams, functional design documents, and other system documentation required by project lifecycle methodologies.
IE Staff Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – 1 position
Requirements:
- More than 6years experience in manufacturing environment, semiconductor industry is most preferred
- College diploma in Industrial Engineering or mechanical related major.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, Lean Manufacturing
- Good speaking and writing in English
Responsibilities:
- Capacity analysis by short-term and long-term forecast
- Capacity risk assessment and resources purchasing plan
- Manufacturing Cycle time/Lotsize /Machine utilization optimization
- Drive capacity and production cycle time and unit cost improvement
- Responsible for the HC productivity
- Work closely with US capacity team to setup the i2 capacity model
- CapEx/HC/OpEx annual budget making and control, quarterly refresh.
- Factory Space Layout planning and management
