IT Support Engineer (based in Batu Kawan)
Responsibilities
- Provide PC and Printer breakfix support
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change/Configure)
- Diagnose, troubleshooting and hardware support.
- Generate report as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or IT related study.
- Required skill(s): Pc Hardware And Software, Pc Network, printer, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, and able to work on rotating shift
- Preferably Technician/Engineer specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.
