    Position: Sales & Application Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • · Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions.
    • · Developing long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
    • · Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in term of quality, price and delivery.
    • · Negotiating tender and contract terms and condidtions to meet both client and company needs.
    • · Calculating client quotations and administering clients accounts.
    • · Provididng pre-sales tachnicial assistance and product education and after-sales support needs.
    • · Analysing costs and sales, preparing reports.
    • · Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
    • · Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, c onference and other marketing events.
    • · Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
    • · Liasing with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
    • · Helping in design of custom-made products.
    • · Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

    Requirements

    • · Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemisty, Chemical, Material Science, Biomedical, Marketing or equivalent.
    • · Required skills(s); communication, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • · Candidates with a solid chemistry background and good is sales communication are preferred.
    • · Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply.
    • · Candidates must able to communicates in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

     

    Position: R&D Engineer

    Major Responsibilities:

    • · Development of formulations
    • · Chaterization of products.
    • · Synthesis of materials.
    • · Independent research.
    • · Preparation of Products’s SDS & TDS.
    • · Technical support to customers.
    • · Laboratory maintenance.

    Requirements:

    • · Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Materials, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
    • · Knowledge in Project Management, TQM, SQC and Design of Experiments (DOE)
    • · Hands on in equipment and data interpretation.
    • · Communicates well in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
    • · Must possess positive mentality and able to work under pressure.
    • · Must enjoy working in team and willing to participate in various team activities.
    • · Possess own transport and willing to travel.
