OFM is engaged in promoted activities in Advanced Electronics sector. Its principal activities as manufacture and sale of precision machining and stamping components part for telecommunication, industrial sensor, switches, electronics  equipment and other industries and the provision of related specialized engineering services.

    Position

    		 Assembly Line Engineer

    		 Male and Female, 30 to 45 years old
    Qualification

    :

    Degree / Diploma in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
    Experience

    :

    5 years and above in mechanical engineering and plastics injection molding or related to connector assembly process
    Job responsibilities

    1)

    		 To design and fabricate an assembly line at optimum workstation. Initiate Lean process to remove waste.
     

    2)

    To design the operator’s assembly movement
     

    3)

    Understand product requirements, propose process and estimate cycle time for quotation purpose.
     

    4)

    Optimize resources for assembly jobs (Quality and Output)  effectiveness & efficiency
     

    5)

    Control further processing, delivery or assembly of non-conforming item, deficiency, or unsatisfactory condition including stopping works or shipment until proper correction action has been taken
