     Responsibility

    1. Undergo 8-18 months of training in
    • Phase 1 : Sales & Marketing

    (Presentation & Public Relation, Promotional Sales and Marketing,Territory Management, Channel Management etc)

    • Phase 2 : Team Building & Management

    (Team Training, Team Building, KPI evaluation etc)

    • Phase 3 : Office Management 

    (HR, Recruitment, Accounts, Finance etc)

    1. Analyze, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for each 3 marketing channels to capture the target market and customers
    2.  To be involved in sales and marketing activities as well as managerial duties

    Requirements:

    1. Diploma/Degree in any field.
    2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Possess critical thinking, creativity and collaboration skills
    4. Having the mentality to accept challenges and perseverance
    5. Strong value in prioritizing their work, work ethics and discipline

    Successful candidates will be recruited as a Sales & Marketing Executive where you will be initially exposed in Sales & Marketing, and later advancing to Team Management and Office Management. You will represent our clients, specializing in creating brand awareness and business solutions to the target customers using face to face marketing. Our clients include industries such as telecommunication, insurance, banking and charities.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
    • Required skill(s): Sales and Channel Management, Event and Project Management, Leadership and Training, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Presentations And Demonstrations.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to travel and enjoy meeting new people
    • Willing to work in Penang & Perak
