    We are currently seeking the following:

    Head Chef

    • Driving a team in introducing a new concept of Zest Cafe
    • Maintain standard of food quality and production’
    • Train, motivate and supervise kitchen crew
    • Control food costs and maintain consistency of food production
    • Develop and plan food menu and creation of new products
    • Knowledgeable and familiar with Safety Food Hygiene
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Culinary Management, and Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required language(s):  English and Bahasa
    • Required skills(s):  fit and experience in Western, Asian & Thai fusion cooking expertise
    • Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Culinary or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Assistant Front Office Manager

    • Ensure that all Front Office associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and brand standards are consistently practised
    • Ensure that all SOPs/LSOPs are adhered to by all associates
    • Take charge and lead the team of all daily tasks and responsibilities
    • Exercises resposible behaviour and attitude at all times and positively represent the hotel
    • To be fully in-charge of the department in the absence of Front Office Manager
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in similar position.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Computer literate.  Experience with Opera System will be and added advantage
    • Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu
    • Pleasant personality, disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Keen learner with good attitude, self-motivated, organised and responsible

    Duty Manager

    • Knowledge in Opera System will be an added advantage
    • Responsible for organising, directing and maintaining the activities in Front Office
    • Ensure smooth operation and proper administrative of the department
    • Handle and resolve guest complaints and requests in professional manner
    • Work closely with Finance department to ensure compliance with accounting procedures and cash handling policies
    • Assist Front Office Manager in preparation of daily reports
    • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    • Monitor closely the current house count to ensure the maximization of revenue and occupancy
    • Willing to work on  shift rotation
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

    Chef de Partie

    • Maintain standard of food quality and production’

    Handyman

    • Able to work on shift rotation
    • Able to understand and communicate in English
    • Able to complete job tasks and daily report
    • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Engineering.
    • Knowledge in carpenter  is an added advantage
