Customer Quality Engineer
Job Responsibility
▪ Drive compliance to new and updated customer specific requirements.
▪ Establish and implement quality plans for new designs that control requirements compliance in design, production and outgoing Quality Control.
▪ Drive APQP in the design process.
▪ Establish and maintain APQP documentation to facilitate continuous improvement and drill wide efforts.
Lead returns analysis (OEM returns and product holds) and provide effective countermeasures to reported non- conformances.
▪ Manage final product qualification using Premium Sound Solutions Quality Assessment process or external processes such as PPAP (and PSW).
▪ Coordinate and lead customer audits.
▪ To perform internal audit and process audit.
▪ To perform Failure Analysis (Debug) on the failure product.
Job Requirement
▪ The candidate will have a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
▪ Minimum 5 years’ experience in an electronics manufacturing QA / SMT environment
▪ Experience with amplifiers, acoustics, speakers, and car radio is a plus.
▪ Proven ability to apply appropriate tools to assess, manage and control design and production quality (e.g.D/PFMEAs, SPC and 8Ds).
▪ Proven ability to support multiple projects, with a constant quality focus, in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
▪ Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, concepts, ideas, and routine details to various levels of technical and non-technical engineering and management personnel.
▪ Possess a strong interpersonal, leadership, organizing, negotiating and influencing skills.

Head of Process Engineering
Job Responsibility
• Responsible to lead process engineer section (SMT, Final Assembly, Test Development)
• To identify opportunity for equipment and process improvement
• Setting KPI within the group and monitoring on monthly basis
• Support quote activities by reviewing and ensuring all customer technology requirements are met.
• Plan machine and production line technical capacity
• Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness for mass production.
• Applies FMEA/statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential risk.
• Identify methods / ways to improve productivity of the production sections.
Job Requirement
▪ Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in PCB A assembly.
▪ Experience in Box-Built assembly process.
▪ Knowledge in PCBA Testing and Product Functional Testing.
▪ Process knowledge in capacity planning and manufacturing managemen.
▪ Experience in TS16949 and ISO 14001.
▪ Experience in automotive standard (AIAG) is prferred.

Process Engineer
Job Responsibility
▪ To discuss and organize activities with relevant department in order all the new project are launching according to the plan schedule.
▪ To issue trial orders to production to help determining processibility and producibility during start-ups, and when change in design, specification, process and material are planned.
▪ To prepare and issue process documents pertaining to all planned processes for the start-up.
▪ To plan tools, jigs, fixtures for all planned processes and discuss with relevant department in order to achieve process capability, cost effectiveness, ergonomics and safety.
▪ To plan assembly line and workplace layout and co-ordinate with relevant responsible departments for the set-ups.
▪ To monitor the processes according to plan and modify whenever necessary during the start-up period.
▪ To ensure manufacturing documents are updated when changes in production volume, process and test criteria/frequency are introduced.
▪ To re-arrange assembly lines and workplace layouts according to line rate, cycle time and monthly production plan, and co-ordinate with relevant responsible departments for the set-ups.
▪ To modify and improve tools, jigs, fixtures, line and equipment to improve quality and efficiency.
▪ To establish standard time for all processes, carry out line balancing and other production engineering functions.
▪ To coordinate with relevant departments to provide countermeasure and 8D report for FOR, Field Failure and 0 Km.
▪ To document process FMEA / FMEA review discussion and follow up with necessary actions

Software Embedded Engineer
Job Responsibility
As an embedded software engineer (executive or senior level) within our embedded software team your primary responsibility is to design and develop software modules for car multimedia products such as modern car radios.
You will need to collaborate in cross-functional teams in order to come-up with optimal design decisions. As an executive or senior software engineer you will also be responsible for coaching junior engineers and to advice management on decisions related to the software engineering tool environment and software engineering processes and methodologies.
Job Requirement
▪ At least around 5 years of embedded software development experiences preferably within the automotive industry.
▪ Very good programming skills in C and C++.
▪ Able to use analyzer, oscilloscope and able to understand circuit diagrams.
▪ Very good understanding of modern software engineering methodologies and software engineering tool environments.
▪ Meticulous and analytically strong in feasibility studies, effort estimations and task execution.
▪ Good command in using embedded OSs such as eLinux, Android and preferably good knowledge of RTOSs and real time programming methodology.
▪ Able to learn and work independently under tight development schedule.
▪ Knowledge in audio / sound is desirable.
▪ Knowledge in automotive field bus technologies (e.g. CAN, LIN) is desirable.
▪ Knowledge in interoperability technologies (e.g. USB, Bluetooth) is desirable.
▪ Good command in OO software development methodology (e.g. Java) is desirable.
▪ Good command in UML / SysML and architecture / design documentation.
▪ Experience in agile SW development methodology is a plus.
▪ Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia language

Job Responsibility
▪ Check quantity of glue stock received from chemical store and store them at the shelves.
▪ Issue order and check glue quality ( expiry date ) from chemical store, and order glue follow the

▪ Maintain good housekeeping at glue room and production line.
▪ Collect all waste schedule and place at waste schedule storage.
▪ Collect and sending scrap material to scrap yard.
▪ Every weekly to carry out glue inventory and feedback to supervisor.
▪ Monthly review on disposition of waste glue SW 303.
▪ Carry out on cleaning and checking of voice coil holder and centering tool.
▪ Perform glue / glue tank and fixture set up for production model conversion.
▪ Attend to line breakdown escalation.
▪ Participate in TPM activity.
