Global User Support Analyst
The role: Systems administration and support; Issues analysis and resolving; Key and end users training; Prepares training documentation; Tests and execute new flows and conducts audits; Communicate with internal IT and external vendors on systems, interfaces and reports.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science /Business or equivalent.
- 2 Years and above of relevant working experience on systems and end users’ support on ERP, CRM, and PLM.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervisions.
- Willing to travel to overseas site for projects implementation, training, etc.
Industrial Engineering Executive
(Quality Management System)
The role: Responsible to coordinate the SOP and WI development process in the Company.
- To establish a document control system, ensuring documents are properly managed, stored, retained and controlled in compliance to Quality Systems Requirements.
- To measure, monitor and review of compliances and the effectiveness of SOP and WI to ensure compliance.
- To plan, schedule and perform SOP & WI audit and follow up/assist in addressing non compliance’s
- To compile, review and report on a periodical basis on the SOP and WI status to manager and further to escalate all opened/unsolved issues to management.
- To provide guidance and knowledge sharing to all department representative pertaining to SOP and WI.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
Industrial Engineering Executive
The role: To provide the factory with the concepts, tools and processes to maximize the productivity of manpower, machines and space in support of the factory’s KPI target.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Words.
Production Supervisor
The role: To coordinate sewing operators and technical support team to produce garments efficiently and within the delivery, quality and quantity specifications of the customers.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/Production operation or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years related experience in manufacturing environment.
- Motivated and good people management.
- Able to work on shift work. (Morning shift: 8am to 5.45pm, Night shift: 8pm to 5.45am).
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Intensive training will be provided.
Quality Control Inspector
The role: to inspect materials, semi-finished garments and finished garments based on the established Factory and customer standards, and report quality problems on a timely basis to the relevant parties to ensure production of quality of garments that meet customers’ requirements.
Requirements:-
- Fresh Diploma/Degree holder with good Mathematics.
- Good eyesight with no color blindness.
- Paying attention to details and accuracy.
- Able to work on shift work. (Morning shift: 8am to 5.45pm, Night shift: 8pm to 5.45am).
- Intensive training will be provided.
Driver
The role: Drive employees and visitors safely and timely to and from assigned destination. To ensure that the vehicle is in good, clean and tidy condition by performing regular maintenance and upkeeps.
Requirements:
Possess a valid “D” driving license with 2 years related experience
Good driving skills
