    1. Head of Engineering Unit

    (1 vacancy)

    Requirements:

    i. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with more than 10 years working experience.

    ii. Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia.

    iii. Registered with Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN).

    iv. Well versed in contract management.

    v. Proficient in Structural Software i.e. ESTEEM and ORION.

    vi. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

    vii. Experienced in designing high rise buildings and bridges including civil works.

    Brief Job Description:

    i. Lead a design team and coordinate projects with other team members and Project Managers and

    ii.   Ensure all works undertaken are in accordance with set guidelines and standards; and on time submission of plans to Local Authorities.

    2. Design Architect

    (1   vacancy)

    Requirements:

    i. Possess at least a Degree in Architecture PAM (Part 3).

    ii. Possess professional registration with Board of Architect Malaysia.

    iii. Possess 3-6 years of experience in design, project management works including high rise buildings.

    iv. Able to work independently.

    v. Able to lead a team of consultants with minimum supervision.

    vi. Possess knowledge in construction details and possess flair for design.

    vii. Proficient in 3D, AutoCAD, sketch-up and 3D Max software.

    viii. Good communication, presentation and report writing skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

     Brief Job Description:

    i. Plan and design new buildings,

    ii. Receive and analyse project briefs,

    iii. Prepare drawings , sketch drawings, detailed design, working drawings and specifications and

    iv. Carry out site inspection.

    3 3D Multimedia Architect

    (1 vacancy)

    Requirements:

    i. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture (Part 1 and Part 2)

    ii. Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in related field.

    iii. Proficient in 3D Studio Max/Vic, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, MS Powerpoint and Archicad.

    iv. Possess excellent presentation and design skills.

    v. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

    vi. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

     

    Brief Job Description:

    Support the design team inclusive of preparing the development plan schematics, design plan, space plan, specifications and presentation materials.

    4. Assistant Land Surveyor

    (1 vacancy)

    Requirements:

      i.      Possess a Diploma in land surveying (ukur tanah) from local Polytehcnics or any equivalent institution of higher learning recognized by the government.

    ii.      Must attain a credit in Bahasa Melayu for SPM or any equivalent qualification recognized by the government.

    iii.      Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.

    iv.      Knowledge in Windows application and technical software (Auto CAD) is an added advantage

    v.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

     

    Brief Job Description:

      i.      Assist in implementing and processing land surveying and mapping works, inclusive of engineering surveying works.

     ii.      Prepare the measuring infrastructure, determine and mark the international and state borders and prepare and process the land surveying and mapping works.

    iii.      Prepare the related computerized survey drawings.

    5. Executive (Land / Property Management)

    Requirements:

    i.      Possess a Degree in Land/Property Management or   Land Development or equivalent from a recognized University.

    ii.      Possess strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills as well as writing skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

    iii.      Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and GIS.

    iv.      Able to work as a team.

     

    Brief Job Description:

    Involved in matters related to land acquisition under the Land Acquisition Act 1960, conducting of feasibility studies, land administration, land bank database maintenance and liaising with relevant authorities.

    Requirements:

    i.     Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized University.

    ii.     2-3 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.

    iii.     Well versed in UBS Payroll and Ms Office applications.

    iv.     Able to multi-task.

    To Manage the overall payroll and Admin process inclusive of payments to statutory bodies and preparation of related reports.

    Requirements:

    i.   Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accounting qualification.

    ii.   Possess at least 4 years audit experience in a public accounting firm or related experience in a large property development company.

    iii.  Well versed in Ms Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

    iv. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

    v.   Familiarity with IFCA financial reporting system and project accounting will be an added advantage

    vi. Possess strong leadership, planning, analytical & problem solving skills.

    Requirements:

    i.     Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, (Hons) in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

    ii.     At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

    iii.     Possess good communication, interpersonal and planning skills.

    iv.     Good team player with positive outlook and attitude and able to work independently.

     v.      Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.

    vi.      Knowledge in web applications development and support and /or experience in network and data administration is preferred.

     

    Brief Job Description:

    i.     To assist in developing and maintaining IT application systems, including dealing with vendors, suppliers, management and IT users.

    ii.     To provide technical support, training requirements and advisory relating to computer systems, applications and uses.

    iii.     Ensure smooth operations to all the related hardware, networking and software, including IT acquisition and implementation.

    iv.     Develop IT requirements and recommending the action plans for implementation.
