Finance & Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate suppliers’ and customers’ payment.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of debtors’ aging and creditors’ aging.
- Perform accurate data posting for journal, payments and receipts into the accounting system.
- Conduct variance analysis of material movement and material usage.
- Responsible for inventory closing, inventory reconciliation and costing related matter.
- Ensure timely completion of financial statement and management accounts.
- Maintain Fixed Assets register and perform Fixed Assets tagging.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting preparation.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and bankers.
- Manage and handle monthly and yearly inventory cycle count.
- Involve in scrap verification process.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance & Accounts Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Meticulous and show initiative.
- Independent & able to meet tight deadline.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of systems and database management.
- Able to start work immediately.
