Facilities Technician
Job Description
- Responsible for general maintenance of building facilities.
- In charge of fire protection system.
- In charge of the maintenance of air-conditioner, lighting, electrical supply and plumbing system.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
- Supervise contractor’s facilities work.
- To perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities.
Job Requirement
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant Engineering field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Able to support and on standby 24/7.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
