Production Manager/ Factory Engineer/ Management Trainee

·At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·Knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Office, good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.

·Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

·Ensure stable production output & continuously improvement programme.

·Responsible in managing operations with KPI to meet production demand with cost effective, quality control & on time delivery.

·Trouble shooting process related problems & formulate corrective action plan to avoid recurrent of short coming in processing line.

·Good management in bulk production manufacturing.

·To manage the overall production especially on 5S, safety, punctuality & TPM.

·Good experience in production ISO9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001.

·At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·Preferably male.

·Fresh graduate with excellent result is encourage to apply.

·Preferably Junior Executives specializing in manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

·Required leadership skills, independent to work under minimum supervision, basic knowledge in technical, mechanical & engineering principles & matters.

·Managing the expenses of the production area to meet the financial budget figures.

·Initiate problem solving, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance as to reduce production downtime & problems.

·Execute assignments delegated by Superior such as shift duty roster planning & other areas of production & quality matter on a timely & accurate manner.

·To support company’s initiatives on 5S, TPM, ISO9001:2008, safety & health issues.

·Familiar with biomass boiler’s operation & function will be an added advantages.

·If do have basic boiler operation knowledge will be an advantage.

·Able to work in shift, 12 hours. 5 working days a week.

·Preferably male.

·Independently, maintain a positive attitude.

·Able to work under pressure.

·Supervise a team of production workers

·At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

·Required to travel outstation & oversea frequently.

·Required Ms Office skill.

·Required language(s): Chinese, English.

·Able to handle forklift.

·At least of 3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.

·In charge whole factory machine maintenance & process improvement.

·Bring in new technology to improve the current process.

·At least 2 years working experience in related field.

·Able to start work immediately and able to work independently.

·Handle daily accounting entries which include issuing cheques, banking and all works related to monthly closing account.

·Ms Office & UBS Accounting System.

·At least 1 years Graphic Design Experience.

·To generate creative concepts & ideas for advertising and promotional use.

·To design and amend artwork for company visual aids & promotion tool ( for published, printed & video)

·  Legal competent person with license minimum BO.

·  At least 2 years’ experience on the related field.

·Assisting on production floor for electrical job.

·Establishing the electrical logbook in order to monitor the kWh of the machines.

·Troubleshooting on the electrical job and power failure especially for high tension voltage for TNB.

·Implementing the preventive maintenance schedule for sub-panel, cables capacitor & etc.
