Customer Service Specialist
Penang
Responsibilities:
Order and delivery management, merchant management, sales tracking and payment management, riders supervision, and operation management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Able to work from 10am to 9pm, 5 days a week. Off days are on rotation.
- Fluent in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as an alternative
- Passionate and driven individuals interested in teamwork and accelerated career progress
- No Experience required. Training and coaching will be provided
- Full-Time position(s) available.
