CNC Milling Machinist
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawing.
- Able to operate 3 Axis, 4 Axis and 5 Axis CNC Milling Machine.
- Setup jobs which include tools setting and geometry offset.
- Perform required quality check on work piece and/or finished part by using measuring devices such as caliper, micrometer & other relevant gauges.
- Complete all inspection documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and basic troubleshooting to machine.
- Maintain all measuring devices, gauges and fixtures to ensure accurate inspection checks.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety at workstation.
- Compliance to all company policies and procedures while performing assigned jobs.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in handling CNC Machine.
- Knowledge on 3 Axis, 4 Axis and 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines.
- Able to setup Milling and Turning CNC Machines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Capability to use common measuring devices.
- Able to work in shift.
Sales Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Sales Operations department.
- Assist Business Development Manager in preparing quotation for customers.
- Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies.
- Assist in providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Assist management in enhancing communication and relationship between the company and both internal and external customers.
- Responsible to service existing customers by keeping and enchancing good working rapport with customers.
- Follow-up on customers’ complaints and enquiries.
- To ensure customers’ complaint and enquiries are followed up accordingly.
- To ensure all aspects of each project are fully covered.
- To ensure data for sales delivery is generated on bi-weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- 1 year working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Details oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in ERP is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Computer literate in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to multi-task, willing to work under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced enviroment.
