    Production Supervisor

    Bayan Lepas, Penang

    Requirements: 

    • Possess minimum Diploma qualification.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Great customer services skills.
    • High attention to details.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a production supervisor.
    • Great people management skills, leadership & interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Supervise and manage resource to archive production target, quality and goals.
    • Manage performance, motivation and satisfaction of the reported employee.
    • Ensure 100% delivery as per SLA to the customer.
    • Work together with customer in enhancing productivity and deliveries.
    • Manage employee discipline, attendance as well as their working schedule.
    • Prepare daily performance report.
    • Responsible for employee safety and housekeeping.
    • Ready 24/7 for any hiccup & escalations.

    Required qualification, skill and experience:

    – Diploma / Certificates
    – At least 2 years of relevant experience.

    RMA Helpdesk Analyst/Assistant

    (Customer Services)

    Responsibilities:  

    • To manage product warranty claim and returns request via telephone calls, web and e-mail requests from corporate customers in Asia Pacific Region.
    • To generate statistical reports for analysis purpose.
    • Man the RMA Helpdesk within the operation hours specified.
    • Manage all incoming calls, web or e-mail requests on returns.
    • Address and monitor any issues reported.
    • Follow up pending requests or receipt until closure.
    • Route the calls or emails or requests to relevant parties should there be any need for follow-up action by them.
    • Collate RMA orders in statistical report, update data and maintenance.

    Required qualification, skill and experience:

    – Diploma / Certificates / SPM / Open for fresh grad
    – Skills: Customer Service / Sales Support
    – Able to speak in Chinese (May require support China and Taiwan)
