Bayview BeachResort, a member of Bayview International Hotelsand Resorts is located on thebeachfront on the North-West Coast of Penang Island. The resort overlooks the tranquiland scenicbay of the “Foreigner’s Rock” or Batu Ferringhi. It is 18 km or 20 minutes from Georgetownand 33 km or 45 minutes from Penang International Airport.
Accounts Admin Officer – Accounts Department
– Secretarial work.
– Maintaining proper filing system
– Finance administrative work
– Knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantage
– Maintain up-to-date billing system
– Generate and send out invoices
– Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
– Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
– Perform account reconciliations
– Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
– Research and resolve payment discrepancies
– Review AR aging to ensure compliance
– Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
– Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
– Process credit card payments
– Process adjustments
– Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
– Assist with month-end closing
– Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
Education and Experience
– Preferably with LCCI Accounting certificate
– Knowledge of accounts receivable
– Knowledge of office administration and procedures
– Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
– Knowledge of general accounting principals
– Proficient in relevant computer software
– Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
– 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Security Officer – Safety and Security Department
– Secure entrances including doors, windows, and gates
– Monitor the arrival and departure of employees and visitors
– Circulate through the public to help prevent or remove disturbances
– Warn visitors or employees of dangerous and illegal actions
– Inspect security systems and equipment regularly
– Adjust security systems as needed
– Answer alarms speedily and investigate problems on the property
– Answer telephones and relay messages
– Review CCTV monitors
– Act appropriately in the case of an emergency
– Inspect baggage
– Call the police or other emergency personnel when needed
Education and Experience
– SPM
– Must know how to read & write in Bahasa & English
– Well communicate in Bahasa & English
– 1-3 years experience of security
