1. Production Supervisor
The role: To coordinate sewing operators and technical support team to produce garments efficiently and within the delivery, quality and quantity specifications of the customers.
Requirements:-
- A degree in any discipline with three years relevant experience
- Able to work on shift work. (Morning shift: 8am to 5.45pm, Night shift: 8pm to 5.45am)
- Fresh graduates with good leadership are encouraged to apply. Intensive training will be provided
2. Fabric Procurement Senior Associate
The role: To act as a bridge between Factory and supplier to ensure bulk fabric is delivered within the quality, quantity and timeliness requirements to production.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and good communications
- Able to work independently
3. Warehouse Supervisor
The role : To provide leadership to the Warehouse team to ensure just-in-time (JIT) materials management and delivery to Operation. Planning and administration of warehouse capacity and timely delivery of shipment.
The requirements :
- Minimum a diploma in management or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong leadership with good organizational capabilities
- Able to work independently
4. Facilities Technician
The role: To conduct regular inspections, maintenance, repair on general factory facilities and under the instruction of Facilities Engineers to ensure the smooth and cost-effective operation of the factory.
The requirements :
- Minimum a diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Must be able to work on shift work
5. QC Inspector
The role : To inspect materials, semi – finished garments and finished garments based on the established factory and customers standards and report quality problem on a timely basis to the relevant parties to ensure production of quality of garments that meet customers’ requirements.
The requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Good vision and strong in Mathematics
- Must be able to work on shifts (Morning shift: 8am to 5.45pm, night shift: 8pm to 5.45am)
