    Accounts Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that the integrity of company’s accounts is maintained at all times and reported in timely and accurate.
    • To ensure that financials record is maintained correctly such that the company’s accounting records are accurate and robust.
    • To operate all financial processes are in line with the company’s accounting policy
    • To work in line with agreed service standards.
    • Daily filing and archiving activities.

    Requirements:

    • At least a Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
    • Previous experience is not required or fresh graduate.
    • Excellent command of English, Chinese and Malay Language.
    •  Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure.

     

    Porter Cum Driver

    Responsibilities:

    • Handles all guest’s luggage and personal articles during their arrival, stay and departure.
    • Greet all guests and patrons of the Hotel with utmost respect, courtesy and to project the true nature of what Malaysian Hospitality is all about.
    • Familiarize guests with the hotel’s services and facilities, and answer any questions about the city.
    • To ensure that the lobby area is clean and orderly at all times.
    • Assist and ensure that guests obtain their transportation without any hassle to their destination.
    • Performs other duties deemed necessary by the Head Porter or Front Office Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Must possess at least a minimum of SPM qualification.
    • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Previous experience is not required but would be an advantage.
    • Physically fit to carry heavy items.
    • Must hold a valid Malaysian motor driving licence.
    • Positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and excellent grooming standards, punctual, reliable, honest, responsible and must be willing to work on shifts.

     

    Security Guard

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure property is guarded and in good condition.
    • To perform static duties at hotel lobby and staff entrance, patrol on guest floor and hotel premises, monitor CCTV and perform any other duties as assigned to the Security Control Room.
    • To perform general duties of a Security Officer and work closely with employees to ensure a secure environment for guests, staff and hotel’s properties.
    • To carry out firefighting function as and when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate.
    • Able to communicate in simple English.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Willing to work on rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays.
    • Honest & possess a positive attitude with a matured disposition.
    • Physically fit and pleasant personality.
    • A team player who is hardworking and able to work independently.
    • Able to take challenges and resolve problems.
    • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
    • Full-Time positions available.

     

    Reservation

    Responsibilities:

    • To answer all calls promptly, courteously and professionally.
    • Relay all telephone calls on the switchboard to the parties concerned in a fast, accurate and courteous manner.
    • To be familiar with room availability at all times.
    • To be knowledgeable in giving directions to the hotel.
    • Must receive and study information of daily functions, VIPs and other relevant information.
    • To carry out any other duties form time to time which may be required by the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.

    Requirements:

    • At least a Diploma in Hotel Management or any related field.
    • Less than 1 year experienced in related field.
    • Fluent in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
    • Computer Savvy (preferably with Opera System)
    • Able to handle challenging customers and difficulty situation
    • Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication skills
    • Effective written communications skills

     

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate product and sales related information through proper communication channels
    • Coordinate, promote and organize events on a periodic basis
    • Knowledgeable in dealing with external parties like suppliers of products, venues and services.
    • Able to contribute in planning, exercise effectiveness in communication and assist unconditionally in the executing of events.
    • Attend to customers’ enquiries, requests and feedbacks
    • Establish good relationships through proper communications with internal and external customers

     Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM / Diploma holder
    • Preferably those with some exposure in service industry and some experience in organizing small events
    • Good command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Chinese Language skill is an advantage
    • Able to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
    • Pleasant personality with good negotiating and presentation skills
    • Good teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with his/her job
    • Willing to work long hours when required
    • Computer literate
