    Sales Executive

    • To prepare quotation & confirmation orders for dealers or stockiest.
    • Involvement in market sales visits to get latest market information & analyze latest market trend.
    • Update and monitor dealers & stockiest sales order.
    • To encourage good rapport with both dealers and stockiest by planning monthly visitation
    • Check & monitor dealers’ stock level to ensure stock level maintained at healthy level.
    • Support dealers activities such as free service campaign, customer day, etc
    • Willing to travel from time to time.

    Qualifications and requirement:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
    • Knowledge in Hokkien and Cantonese is an added advantage.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in sales related field.
    • Able to liaise and communicate well with all levels of people.
    • Must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
    • Applicants must be willing to travel from time to time.

    Finance Assistant Manager

    • To carry out month-end closing activities including Review and Post Journal Vouchers, check on the P/L and B/S, ensure the transaction in correct cost center, CBR cost review and etc.
    • To carry out monthly tasks including monthly profit and loss, review on monthly SGA P/L by section and monthly Finance Department meeting.
    • To analyse company financial status and budget planning exercise periodically
    • To monitor yearly Statutory Audit, yearly Company Taxation and to assist in yearly stock count activities.
    • To lead and supervise subordinates for continuous work improvement & efficiency.
    • To undertake proper Performance Evaluation and the training need analysis of subordinates and to ensure the appropriate trainings & other non training solutions to improve their work performances.
    • To carry out ad-hoc tasks including Event Code Project, transfer of pricing, etc
    • Any tasks that assigned by the superior from time to time.

    Qualifications and requirement:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and able to execute department/section plan and to supervise/inspect the work of subordinates.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
    • Applicants must be able to write and speak well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
    • Applicants must be able to make crucial judgmental calls on financial related issues and able to brainstorm with peers and subordinates to determine problems & obtain solutions.

    Customer Service Executive

    • To identify defective motorcycle parts to proceed to warranty claim.
    • To analyze warranty claim data, compile and prepare Warranty Claim Report.
    • To monitor warranty progress for branches
    • To order warranty parts and dispatch to dealers, as well as handling customers’ feedback.

    Qualifications and requirement:

    • At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Automotive), Business Studies, Administration, Management or its equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience in the Automotive Industry.
    • Have sound knowledge in motorcycle’s parts.
    • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Knowledge in Chinese is added advantage.
    • Experience in handling service activities, experience in dealing with customer complaints, enquiries, and feedback
    • Literacy in computer, good presentation skills and able to work under pressure.
