Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will be responsible to design, develop & implement new & existing vision application tools/components within mutually agreeable time frame & cost.
- To engage in R & D activities & feasibility study on vision application related techniques/tools/drivers.
- To provide support to existing and new customers on vision projects when the need arises.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree / Master / PhD in Computer Science / Engineering (Software / Computer / Mechatronic / Electronic& Electrical) or equivalent
- 1 or 2 years related experience and / or training in programming is an added advantage.
- Programming experience required especially in C, MS Visual C++6.0(MFC), Verilog and embedded design.
- Experience & knowledge in vision system development / Image Processing / Optics / Artificial Intelligence / Neutral Network / vision control / basic mechanical / machine automation are an added advantage.
- Good general knowledge of data processing system design methods, techniques & standards.
- Technically inclined in software development or programming.
- Possess knowledge of Objected Oriented Design and UML.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement and execute effective sales and marketing strategy to ensure maximum penetration of Vitrox’s business in South East Asia (SEA).
- To build rapport with existing customers in SEA.
- To work together and manage sales opportunity together with Asia Sales Channel partners in this defined regions.
- To manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including sales orders, warranty, pricing, training, implementation etc.
- To create visibility of ViTrox branding in SEA through trade show, promotion, demonstrations, workshops etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skills: sales and marketing presentation, communication skill, negotiation skills, market survey research.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of other languages like Japanese, Thai, Korean etc will be an added advantage.
- Preferable with experience in selling inspection equipment to electronics industry.
- Knowledge on automated inspection product’s capability, strength, shortfall and pricing strategy is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
- To provide prompt service and support related to system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of vision inspection machine at customer premises in Malaysia or overseas.
- To develop and improve on customer support’s plan and build good customer relationship.
- Follows through with all aspects of each customer’s service job.
- Facilitates delivery of 100% satisfaction to every customer ensuring repeat business for the company.
- Feedback and work with internal team on quality and design related issue.
Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma / Degree in Science and Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in customer service and support for machine vision inspection.
- Knowledge of techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, drawings and models.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Flexible, responsive, able to work long & irregular hours if required.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Buyer / Sr Buyer (Mechanical)
Responsibilities:
- Source for parts / alternative parts as requested by engineers and production or directed by management for delivery, quality & cost improvement purpose.
- To deal with suppliers on pricing, payment term, shipment, supplier performance reports etc.
- Identify new suppliers, recommend second source and outsourcing activities.
- Calculate & estimate the price of machining parts.
- Managing and coordinate vendor selection and qualifications, vendor audit and maintain approved vendor list.
- Define and calculate the process cycle time for individual process required.
- Provide guidance or propose jig & fixture drawing design and any value added changes.
- Coordinate the interactions between departments.
- To support in cost down exercise.
- Continuous improvement on daily operation.
Requirements:
- Cert / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic), Operation Management, Social Science, Business Admin, Commerce or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment in Material / Supply Management / Fabrication / Purchasing.
- Familiar with direct material purchasing for mechanical parts.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to review drawing and judge the pieces parts pricing
- Able to manage suppliers RFQ , monitor delivery on time
- Support on purchasing daily flow activities
- Able to comprehend and implement changes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Result & detail oriented.
