1. Production Supervisor
The role: To coordinate sewing operators and technical support team to produce garments efficiently and within the delivery, quality and quantity specifications of the customers.
Requirements:-
- A degree in any discipline with three years relevant experience.
- Able to work on shift work. (Morning shift : 8am to 5.45pm, Night shift:
- Fresh graduates with good leadership are encouraged to apply. Intensive training will be provided.
2. Lean Manufacturing Executive
The role:
Within the guidance of the Lean Manufacturing Manager, facilitates TPS, DMAIC and Mass Innovation activities across the whole plant and ensure improvements are sustained, in support of the business objectives and annual operating plans.
Requirements:-
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, 6 SIGMA methodology.
3. Accounting Senior Associate
The role: To provide support to the Financial Accountants to ensure accounting records of the factory is in line with the relevant country regulations, Factory and Group standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent
- A responsible person and a good team player
4. Fabric Procurement Senior Associate
The role: To act as a bridge between Factory and supplier to ensure bulk fabric is delivered within the quality, quantity and timeliness requirements to production.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and good communications
- Able to work independently
5. Facilities Supervisor
The role: To conduct regular inspections, maintenance, repair, and improvement on the assigned factory facilities and infrastructure in compliance with the Group specifications and local regulations to ensure the smooth and cost-effective operation of the factory.
The requirements :
- Minimum a diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Must be able to work on shift work.
6. Chief Mechanic
The role: To provide managerial leadership and the mechanic functional expertise to the factory to ensure production machines/equipment and the associated spare parts and work-aids are installed, maintained and optimally utilized and improvements in support of the factory cost target and operation cost target and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
7. Production Manager
The role: To provide managerial leadership to Sewing team to create a conducive working environment and making optimum use of resources to produce garments that meet customer’s quality, timeliness and quantity specification within factory cost and performance expectations and within all applicable country, customer and Factory policies and code of conducts.
Requirements
- A degree in any discipline with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Good people management and planning skills.
- Willing to work on shift work. (Morning shift : 8am to 5.45pm, Night shift: 8pm to 5.45am)
