TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEERS
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure all sales processes and procedures are being followed and updated.
- Provide the customers with technical information regarding to the product and ensure the product or solution are accurately elaborated and explained to clients at all times.
- To write proposal for the implementation of products and solution to potential customers.
- Coordinate all the technical aspects between sales and technical team.
- Provide training to customers when necessary.
- To attend customer complaints and able to deliver the solution for customer.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field of Engineering.
- Prefer 1 year or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & BM and other local language will be added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

APPLICATION ENGINEERS
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical application support & project consultancy mainly in CADCAM solution (Solidworks, Mastercam, CATIA etc).
- Provide pre-sales support (product presentation & demo) and after sales services.
- Provide training to education and industry.
- Provide customer visits & scheduled technical update according to the respective client database assigned.
- Provide hands-on participating in seminar and workshop for the targeted new market.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field of Engineering.
- Prefer 1 year or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge with 3D CAD and FEA will be added advantages.

SALES ENGINEERS/ SALES EXECUTIVES
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify and follow-up on potential sales and new business opportunities.
- To market company products & solutions to Consultants/Government & Corporate.
- To support, plan and manage sales activities to meet sales targets and revenues.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
- Preferably with 1 -2 years working experience.
- With mechanical knowledge will be added advantages.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- To support Technical/R&D personnel on product developing/projects.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma holder in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge in programing C#/VB, Microcontroller programing, Arduino will be added advantages.

INDOOR SALES & MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries and visitors
- Event management: Invite Customers to company events, Facilitate and organize in-house workshops
- Prepare documentations such as Quotations and monthly reports
- Provide administrative support on Customer Order management, Inventory management, Logistics
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business / IT / Engineering discipline.

- To ensure code written are well maintained and testable.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
