SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
(Based in Penang)
Type of Vacancy: Permanent
Job Description:
- To achieve individual and group sales quotas as set by the company.
- To explore and develop new business opportunities and handle existing customers.
- Fully handling customers’ inquiries for both pre-sales and after sales services.
- To prepare proposal, Quotation and conduct presentation for Customers.
- Responsible for home, small, medium or large corporate accounts.
- Performing the entire range of sales activities like prospecting and cold calling.
- Identifying target market’s needs, and providing customized solutions to clients.
- Develop close working relationship with customers to ensure to bring in more revenue to company.
- Working closely with other team members to achieve team’s and organization’s goals.
- Working closely with the service department to resolve any service related issues.
- Carrying out any directive and order from the management from time to time.
- Manage sales prospects and initiatives towards achievement of sales target set by Company.
- Follow up closely with the payment to ensure that payment can be receive on time.
- Ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations as well as qualify opportunities and follow up to close deals.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree ;
- Required language(s): English; · Full-Time positions available;
- Self motivated person with minimum supervision ;
- Minimum 1 year in IT Sales
IT PROJECT COORDINATOR
(Based in Penang)
Type of Vacancy: Permanent
Job Description:
- Looking for new Working closely as team to meet the annual sales budget and growth objectives
- Develop new market / customer base and servicing existing customers
- To support sales & project department for project execution
- Able to build rapport with customers
- Attending site survey and project meeting
- Preparing sales quotation and follow-up with customer to secure the order
- Prepare Quotation, correspondence, issuing Invoices / Delivery Order & work order etc. Plan and arrange for delivery schedule
Requirement:
- Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT field or equivalent.
- Possess strong self-motivation and result orientated
- Fluent in spoken and written English and PC literate
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines · Know how to use AutoCAD(preferable), Microsoft Project & Visio
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply and experience in related field is an added advantage.

- Generate quotation and material ordering;
- Provide office administration support to the project team;
- To assist, organize & support the Project Team;
- Generate Invoices & DO.; · Handling Tender Documentation;
- Update Attendance & Leave Record;
- Arranging daily project schedule;
- Billing update and access application;
- Customer site visit and checking;
- Meeting customer in billing update explanation;
- Stock and Inventory Checking and Control;
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level, Certificate, Diploma
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese;
- Full-Time positions available;
- Self motivated person with minimum supervision ;
- Able to interact with different levels of management ;
- Hardworking and willing to learn new tasks ;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & IT Literate ;
