    Service / Assembly Technician

    Job Description:

    • To make alignments, inspections and repairs.
    • The personnel will be required to perform the job in assemble industrial machinery and field services.
    • To assist in other technical processes when required.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving problem in assembly task.
    • Willing to work under extended hours occasionally.

    Requirement:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Engineering, Degree (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Mechanical or equivalent.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
    • Self- motivated, good temper controlling & communication skill to promote a harmonious working environment.
    • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Required skill(s): MS Excel, Word.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
    • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
    • Familiar mechanical assembly is an added advantage.
    • Willing to travel local and oversea.

    Sales Coordinator

    Job Descriptions:

    • To assist sales & marketing manager in sales operations and its related administrative work.
    • Provide effective commercial and technical service and maintain good rapport with customers.
    • Review payment collection status.
    • Ensure business transaction closure from quotation, customer purchase orders, matching selling price with purchase order. Required to co-ordinate with customers and sales.
    • Maintain close customer relationships through prompt response to request through telephone or other media.
    • Approval of new customer records. Maintain, update database of customers.
    • Handle phone sales enquiry and walk in customers.
    • Generate monthly sales reports.
    • Handle pre & post sales activities; telemarketing, identification of potential customers, promotion, filtering, cold-calls, post-sales follow up; customers’ complaints co-ordination.
    • Handle customer visit and arrangement.
    • Provide support in a variety of capacities which may include hotel reservation for the customer visit, handling staff’s passport or visa renewal and flight arrangement.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, and Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in customer service and sales are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong written and verbal in English communication.
    • Preferably Chinese speaking and writing candidates.
    • Highly motivated with passion for sales and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Simpang Ampat.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Engineering or equivalent.
