Human Resource Executive
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the successful candidate is tasked to be responsible for the following tasks:
- To manage all Recruitment activities from posting of advertisement, interview arrangement up to offering of candidates
- To assist in managing Disciplinary Issues i.e. Grievance handling, counselling, advice and warning letters
- To manage the day-to-day operational activities of hiring of all level of staff based on the manpower specification specified by the hiring manager
- To collaborate with universities and colleges for hiring of graduates and internship student placement
- To maintain and administer employee disciplinary record and to ensure on time update into system and personal file.
- To administer hiring and resignation processes to ensure manpower requirement status are met all the times.
- To liaise with internal parties for the disciplinary and manpower hiring activities.
- To assist in manpower allocation to suit section’s needs for potential internal transfer of staff.
