EXPORT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Undertake all export related activities in ensuring the requirements of customers are met profitably.
- Attend to all overseas sales enquiries promptly. Understand the costing elements of the products and assist out in the drafting of quotation and product specifications. To ensure that information required by customers are pertinently imparted.
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance metrics such as revenue by product line and segments, new account development and penetration into new segments.
- Responsible for preparing sales forecast and sales performance report in order to achieve the targets set by developing new accounts and growing existing customers.
- To identify areas for improvement and be sensitive to business environment changes in order to maintain the competitiveness of the company; by identifying and recommending new sales and marketing opportunities to strengthen the company’s leadership position in the market place.
- To collect feedback from customers for product development and service improvement by providing quality service which consistent with the standard set by the company.
- Assist in the documentation pertaining to export activities and interface with Customer Service Section in regards to order processing and delivery matters.
- To attend to all trade fairs, customer visits and visit plan requirements such as preparations and presentations.
- Ensure that all transactions are duly remitted.
- Assist the superior as and when required on all official duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Overseas travelling required.
