Job Description
As a Software Support Team Lead, you are required to:
- Lead a software support team by maintaining and improving the service support procedure, documentation material, knowledge database.
- Build good customer relationships by improving our customer support’s plan.
- Travel locally and abroad to provide technical training to customers / partners on the usage of web software product such as installation, setup, etc.
- Broaden your technical skills when you get to work closely with the related stakeholder(s) on quality and design related improvement based on customer feedback.
- Customize software features to suit industry 4.0 smart manufacturing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s | Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent with min. 5 years of working experience in customer service and support.
- Required Skills:HTML, Database Query, CSS, Javascripting, Restful API
- Database: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL(optional)
- Operating System: Windows Server, Linux, Oracle VirtualBox
- Strong skills in time management, planning, organizing, analytical.
- Creative in problem solving & good team work.
- Customer-oriented behavior and mindset.
