Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven & result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our expanding team. If you possess good negotiation, communication skills & a cost saving mindset, we welcome you to join us!
As a Procurement Executive, you are responsible for sourcing direct and indirect materials requested by the internal departments, dealing with suppliers and negotiating for the best price and payment term. Besides, you are required to liaise with suppliers for timely delivery, coordinate and monitor all purchases to avoid any shortages, overcharges and breakage. Other than that, you are responsible to manage supply chain related tasks, analyze the cost reduction activities and alternative part replacement are some of your job responsibilities as well.
Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma / Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education.
- Preferably 1 – 2 years related working experience in purchasing / buyer in the Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
- Able to read & write in Mandarin as the candidate is required to deal with suppliers from China and Taiwan.
- Self-starter & good in communication / negotiation skills.
