Technical (Engineering / IT) Position:

R&D TRAINEE (HARDWARE / SOFTWARE)

• Exposure in sub-module development (design & develop test script / Graphical User Interface (GUI) / algorithm / software development kit (SDK) / control system / alignment tool, etc.).
• Involve in machine calibration, debugging, image labelling, data mining, training the Artificial Intelligence model, updating wiring diagram, etc.
• Exposure in circuit design, prototype testing, Internet of Things (IoT), mechanical modular design, hardware design, part modification, etc.
• Assist in electrical standard parts selection & rewiring/soldering when necessary.

MANUFACTURING TRAINEE

• Exposure in machine assembly, wiring, machine/vision alignment, tuning & kitting.
•  Involve lead time analysis, vision system buyoff process, V-One data analysis, etc.
• Assist in daily project data collection & documentation such as Work Instruction (WI), Standard of Procedure (SOP), Process Control Plan (PCP), etc.

IT TRAINEE

• Involve in sub-module programming (User Interface (UI) & System enhancement by using PHP, etc).
• Exposure to small independent application project(s) (sensor testing with Raspberry Pi / POC for Hadoop services, etc).
• Provide support in IT daily operation, network configuration, hardware & software troubleshooting.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TRAINEE

• Exposure in First Article Inspection (FAI) for new and part qualification.
• Provide support in improving incoming and outgoing quality assurance.
• Involve in handling Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)’s EPICOR system & implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
