We a small manufacturing company based in Mak Mandin, Butterworth (Mainland). We are a specialist in the technical brush industry. We have been operating for more than 30 years and using state of the art machinery. We are a growing company & every year we are doing the expansion. At the same time, we are improving our company culture into a learning enterprise where everyone has the chance to learn & improve themselves and benefit the company. a) Technical Operator
- We are looking for Malaysian workers to operate our machines & daily operations.
- Your role is to operate the machine, do maintenance to the machines, find problems & provide a good solution.
- SPM, STPM, Diploma in any field, Degree in any field.
- Experienced & no experienced persons are all welcome.
- Bonus if you know metal fabrication.
- Bonus if you know milling, turning, & welding.
b) Technician/Engineer
- We need a technical person to solve complex problems such as finding a no-compromise product development.
- Engineer a mechanical machine or equipment.
- Be able to operate Milling & Lathe Machine.
- Should know 3D CAD Drawing.
- Well versed in technical and engineering words & parts.
- Must be good in English. Bonus if you know Mandarin.
- Must be good with computers.
- Bonus if you know metal fabrication.
- Bonus if you know milling, turning, & welding.
c) Sales & Marketing
- We need individuals to stay in office to improve our online presence (i.e. web development, exhibition preparation, catalogue making) & online e-mail responses.
- We also need an adventurous & respectful person to visit & attend customers locally & overseas.
- Must be good in English. Bonus if you know Mandarin (can speak & write), extra Chinese Dialects, Malay, Arabic, other languages, etc.
- Option if you are good with Adobe or any Photo Editing Software.
- Option good with Camera.
- Option good with web design & online advertising & marketing.
- Must be able to drive (so must have a license).
- Option if you have lorry license.
- Must be interested in technical & engineering stuffs.
- Bonus if you are technical & engineering background.
- Must be good with computers & can work independently.
- Must be willing to travel & stay away from home for some period
d) QA & Warehouse
- We are looking for those people who are very meticulous.
- We need people to check whether or not if an item is a defect during the process & after the product is produced.
- QA person is to block any defects before shipping it out to the customers.
- At the same time, we are looking for people to take care of the warehousing & delivery of goods internally & externally.
- Must have good grades in mathematics, history, science, etc.
- Prefer female.
- Looking for those people with perfectionist personality.
- Bonus if you are Industrial Engineer Background.
- Bonus if you know & understand Toyota Production Management System & Toyota Way & Toyota Principle.
- Must be good with computers (ERP systems, POS, etc).
- Must be good with Microsoft Excel.
- Must be good with English.
