    Positions:

    Sales & Marketing Manager

     Job Responsibilities:

    • To strategize and implement the marketing plan for Region/s in line with the Company’s business plan.
    • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
    • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
    • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
    • Accomplishes merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans, marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising.
    • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
    • Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
    • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managerial roles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
    • Must be willing to travel.

     

    Production Engineer 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To control, supervise and monitor production schedule to ensure timely completion with quality output.
    • To control and supervise productivity and optimizing production cost.
    • Develop work instructions for production and review for process improvement.
    • Intimately involved in the New Product Introduction process.
    • Compile and review daily, weekly and monthly quality performance report.
    • Ensure the entire quality inspection system is maintained.
    • Assist team to carry out project documentation to meet ISO requirements.
    • Ensure all procedures are conform to ISO standards.
    • Providing proper training for all production staffs for ISO procedures.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacture), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Environment is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ISO standard
    • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
    • Possess good learning attitude, interpersonal skills, responsible and independent.

    Marketing Executive

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To maintain, manage and service the existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
    • To plan and implement effective sales and marketing programs in order to achieve the monthly sales targets.
    • To offer pre-sales recommendation as well as after sales service to meet customer’s requirements and to maintain a good business relationship and services with new and existing customers.
    • Achieve annual sales budget by growing existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
    • To provide basic technical support to customers on both products and application enquiry.
    • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
    • Ensure accounts and receivables are up to date.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): MS Office.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Outdoor industrial sales experience will be added advantages.
    • Those with CNC machining, QC inspection and Manufacturing experience are encourage to apply.
    • Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and independent.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing oversea customer accounts and develop new business opportunities
    • Indoor sales mainly communicate with oversea customers
    • Maintaining existing customer relationship and ensuring customer loyalty through good customer services as well as meeting customer requirements
    • Provide basic technical support to customers on both products and application enquiry
    • Work closely with various department heads to ensure company’s business objectives are met
    • Regularly update management the sales activity and business development progress
    • On job training will be provided.
    • Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, International Marketing, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Fluent in written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

    QC Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the entire quality is under department objective.
    • Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects.
    • Participate in internal and external complaint or quality issue solving.
    • Ensure the entire quality inspection system is maintained.
    • Perform data analysis and drive for improvement report CAR implementation status and action required to his superior.
    • To feedback to production section head on all quality issues.
    • To supervise and training subordinates.
    • To involve and support improvement projects.
    • Provide mechanical and engineering support on operations and maintenance.
    • To monitor finished product quality and support any related investigation.
    • Providing proper training for all production staffs for ISO & SOP procedures.
    • Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the department

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
    • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, AutoCAD, ISO STANDARDS
    • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

    Accountant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Analyse financial and operational information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to the Management.
    • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing cause of unexpected variances.
    • Prepare, coordinate and manage the costing system, budgeting and forecasting process.
    • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
    • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
    • To Ensure that accuracy and timely submission of all Malaysia tax requirements and liaison with external auditors, Company Secretaries, tax agents, banker and other authorities.
    • To monitor and manage junior accounting staffs, continuously review the internal control system in order to ensuring the efficient, effective functioning of the Accounts department

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Costing or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Member of the MIA or any other professional body.
    • Experience in manufacturing industry will be added advantages.
    • Knowledge of GST will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, organize workload effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, deal with changes in priority and take on new projects.
