Internship for Computer Science Students (Troubleshooting)
Job Descriptions:
- To be part of Motorola APAC Centralized Support Organization to resolve and root cause customer’s technical issue through email, phone, remote access or on-site.
- Apply strong communication, analytical and organizational skills to ensure that customer’s incidents and requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot, root cause and resolve issues related to Servers ( hardware, virtualization and software), IT Networking and Wireless Radio Equipment.
- To manage customer situations effectively and setting customer expectation appropriately.
- Collaborate and engage with various global technical organizations when determining optimal customer solutions.
- Write and update knowledge base articles to be shared globally.
- May participate on special projects and teams for continuous improvement or transition.
Job Requirements:
- The intern candidate must be registered in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology (IT) field of Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, electrical or telecommunication field.
- Strong skills in systematic troubleshooting and problem analysis, with understanding of customer impact.
- Resourceful self-starter able to manage priorities and tasks effectively and independently.
- Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required.
