Maintenance Engineer
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible of the Line Downtime; maintain, sustain and improve on the Production Tool Downtime
- Responsible to Drive the Project to Improve the Production Line Tools
- Responsible deal with Vendors to meet the Task and Project objective
- Responsible to publish Monthly Downtime report and ensure track daily line activities
- Responsible to control line maintenance expenses and propose yearly budgetary of line
- Responsible to achieve the assigned Line KRA
- Responsible to arrange and manage the line resources plan
- Responsible to execute the tasks assigned by his/her supervisor within given time period
- Responsible on the fulfil the company and industrial safety policy
- Responsible to setup the SOP for the tools
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
- Good Attendances.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Good Analytical Skill
- Good team player and communicator
- Good English language written and verbal skills
