Refrigerator Plant Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- To control all engine room work safety and operation.
- To set up the preventive maintenance and repair maintenance system.
- Work together with sub-coordinate for all compressor service and overhaul.
- Check, maintain and service the refrigerant equipment (Freezer).
- Responsible to train or educate the engine room crews included maintenance crews on safety and basis knowledge of the compressor system related to their job.
- To train, educate and assign job to the engine room crews to service, maintain and repair all the compressor equipment.
- To ensure the refrigerant compressor system o the energy saving configuration.
- More and new responsibilities may be added as when necessary.
- Liaison with vendor/supplier regarding engine room equipment maintenance /service.
- Prepare documentation for audit preparation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.
- Have knowledge to repair during breakdown of the machine/equipment.
- Have knowledge to start/stop compressor, condenser, pump, motor and equipment without assistant.
- Have knowledge to isolate and operate valve and other accessories fitted in the system.
- Familiar with piping system fitted/related to engine room machine or equipment.
- Good attitude and attendance.
