Job Descriptions:
- Timely completion & submission of the report on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis for the business department.
- Ensure customer’s expectation & requirement is channeled, taken care, and addressed accordingly.
- Negotiate with the customer on any matter arise.
- Timely feedback to the superior and related department on information gather or feedback from the customer.
- Follow up new & existing customer inquiries.
- Able to present customers on the computer presentation file.
- Create official quotation for customer cum follow up the status feedback
- scan & key all the quotation details into the master excel file and failing all the history quotation
- PCN raise for re-tooling create justification and quotation.
- Log in Supply Win check & download new project drawing & update all awarded part price.
- Assist Planner to create PT number for all sample submission and also raise an invoice for all related new / re-tool requests.
- Customer pricing updated when every quarter has cost down activities ongoing will need to the updated system.
- Revert customer inquiries regarding MOQ, SPQ, Leadtime, Cancellation window inquiries support internal inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably candidate with minimum Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with customers from different Countries
- Equips with presentation & negotiation skills
- Proficient in Ms. Office and Office Suite
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Those who can speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
