Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist on shipments
- Follow up all POD return for all shipment from the destination country.
- Photocopy DO, POD and all relevant documents.
- Issue of Invoice
- Courier Invoice and related document to customer.
- Filing Invoice and DO accordingly.
- Print consignment Note for courier purpose.
- Prepare customer report on monthly basis.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior.
