We are looking for Management Trainees to join our one (1) year intensive training and development program which will eventually lead to a successful managerial career.

Job Descriptions & Requirements:
- Identifying the huge market in financial planning
- Planning & implementing strategies for developing financial programs for clients.
- Client review & servicing
- Leadership and Planning
- Market Development
- Performance management and supervision
- Continued personal development
Training and Development Provided:
- Mindset Development
- Soft Skill Development
- Communication Skill Development
- Coaching and Motivation Development
Suitable candidate should be:
- Preferably diploma or degree holder
- At least 2 years working experience
- Good human relations and good communication skills
- Own transportation
- Good team player
Basic remuneration from RM 4,000 to RM 10,000 excluding commission, bonus and incentive package too.
