QA Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Skill Set, Role and Responsibility: Knowledge of electronics assembly especially PCBA (CCA).
- Understanding of geometric tolerancing and standard drafting practices, with demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tool drawings, and other technical documents associated with manufacturing hardware.
- PC skill (MS Office), SAP.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in mechanical and electrical engineering designs.
- PRB dispostion – Inspection of materials of different commodities, namely: Circuit Card Assemblies, (CCA), Printed Wired Boards, PWB, Mechanical Parts, Electronic Components, Cables, Displays, Hardware, End Items among others.
- Knowledgeable on Incoming Quality Acceptance Criteria to inspect and disposition materials especially component Date code/body marking.
- Issue Non-Conforming Reports for materials rejected during review or inspection.
- Identification and segregation of non-conforming materials.
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineering in the review of Incoming Inspection/Drawing.
Job Requirements:
- Certification in IPC-A-610 & 620 (preferable)
- English language skills required
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes; working knowledge of problem solving techniques.
Industry – Manufacturing Electronic
Education: Diploma or degree or Supply Chain; Electrical Engineering and Electrical background
Work Experience: At least 5 years experiences
