Histotech Engineering Sdn Bhd were incorporated in the year 1992 to provide quality precision tooling products for the local semiconductor test and assembly industries. Since then, we have expended from a small rented shop lot in town to a medium manufacturing factory to serve our customer better.
Combining years of experience in making precision tooling, spare parts & metal stamping of process carrier for the assembly of chips. We emphasize on quality services, on time delivery and the expertise from our dedicated and committed team.
We’re the high end mechanical integration services provider. We design and manufacture the mechanical parts for the international market.
QA Inspector
Responsibilities & Objectives
- Follow up on production line reject and incorporate into inspection check sheet.
- Filling, update and maintain all quality records / reports.
- Closely monitor on all rejected parts to meet the required conformance.
- Responsible to handle all customer return parts, analyze the problem and comply to the drawings requirement.
- To check 100% dimensional inspection for all F.A. parts and feed back to Engineering Department.
- Ensure all products being inspected.
- Interact with Department Head on all rejected parts and take necessary actions immediately.
- Responsible to assign proper checking methods
- To check and ensure production are using calibrated equipment for measuring.
- Frequently check the working condition of all measuring equipment.
- Ensure all products being inspected.
- Ensure all the product produced based on blue print drawing measurement.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks by Management and supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum SPM with minimum 2 Years of Relevant Working Experience.
- Knowledge and experience in measuring and using inspection equipment.
- Able to interpret drawing and specification.
- Product inspection skills & attention to details.
- Possess good interpersonal.
- Knowledge of computer is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
