    Project Administrator

    Position Objective

    The focus for this position will be assist project manager to ensure project is carry out as per plan with smoothly and given support to relevant department when necessary.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Coordinate with relevant department / person to ensure progress is as per plan.
    • Coordinate with relevant department / person when there are doubts / problem.
    • Project progress Reports preparation and reporting/ update to customer.
    • Prepare Internal FAT check list.
    • Coordination for Internal FAT, FAT & SAT.
    • Coordination for Delivery and installation.
    • Support relevant department / person when there is need and request.
    • Facilitate coordination meetings with project team members for project progress and status awareness.
    • Identify the problems / challenge face during the progress and report to Project Manager.
    • Be customer window contact person and Project progress reporting.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field in engineering or business administration or equivalent.
    • Well verbal and writing in English, Mandarin  and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Required skill(s): Microsolf Office Software Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
    • With working experience in the related field will be advantage
    • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
    • With positive thinking and friendly.
    • Willing to travel local and oversea.
    • Able to work in Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
