Job Description
The Admin Assistant will assist and support the Administrative Manager on the following scope but not limited to:
- Perform and assist in routine and ad hoc office administrative tasks, data entry, filing, clerical work within established procedures.
- Maintaining and upkeeping of office facilities, equipment and assets such as laptops, WIFI internet, office repairs and fixed asset checking.
- Assisting other division’s administrative works, events and any official functions.
- Assisting administrative work pertaining to payroll & HR matters.
- Any other work scope and job responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Preferable candidate with relevant years of experience in office administration.
- Good and clear communications skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
