    Job Description

    The Admin Assistant will assist and support the Administrative Manager on the following scope but not limited to:

    • Perform and assist in routine and ad hoc office administrative tasks, data entry, filing, clerical work within established procedures.
    • Maintaining and upkeeping of office facilities, equipment and assets such as laptops, WIFI internet, office repairs and fixed asset checking.
    • Assisting other division’s administrative works, events and any official functions.
    • Assisting administrative work pertaining to payroll & HR matters.
    • Any other work scope and job responsibilities as assigned by Management.

    Requirements:

    • Preferable candidate with relevant years of experience in office administration.
    • Good and clear communications skills (verbal and written) in English.
    • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
