Executive, Talent Programs
(Reporting to the Head of Talent Programs, InvestPenang)

Responsibilities that you will manage are listed below but not limited to:

• Support the overall day to day operations of Talent Programs’s division including maintaining the jobseeker’s database and ensuring continuous improvement of Penang CAT Centre’s website (www.penangcatcentre.my) and any other social media channels. Key liaison with the relevant stakeholders in talent matters.
• Key player for the Talent Program’s team (Penang CAT Centre) in the operations and executions of state talent initiatives:
  • Assist the Head of Talent Programs in strategizing, planning, implementing and managing State’s talent attraction initiatives to meet the needs of industries but not limited to Penang Future Foundation (PFF), Penang Internship Subsidy Programme (PISP), My Penang My Workplace campaign, academia-industry linkages and Institute Higher Learnings/ TVET institutions outreach. (More on State talent initiatives referhttps://www.penangcatcentre.my/)

• Others
  • Provide facilitation to investors in line with InvestPenang’s and Penang CAT Centre’s roles, functions and objectives.
  • Any other work scope and job responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years of working experience in talent development programs, database systems.

· Strong communication, organization and writing skills

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Knowledge of industries in Penang is an advantage
