    Job Description

    As a Firmware Development Engineer, you will be involved in embedded system firmware design & development for industrial products. You are the one who usually studies and understands NPI projects or service request requirements from customers.

    Besides, firmware design verification and validation test will be part of your job scope too. Firmware Development Engineer is also responsible in modifying the existing electronics design for customization request. At the same time, you will have the chance to support product development activities which includes design implementation, design change, integration & testing of hardware for Industrial automation product development.
    Requirements:
    • A recognized Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Software, Computer, Mechatronic, Electrical / Electronic) or related disciplines.
    • 1 or 2 years related experience in embedded system firmware design & development.
    • Experience in C, C++, Python, Java, Verilog, VHDL Programming, FPGA, basic analog & digital circuit design.
    • Preferably with software and firmware development methodologies (design verification & validation, code reviews, code repository, version control & etc.) & embedded OS environment (Linux, RTOS & etc.).
    • Self motivated & result oriented.
    • Good project management, analytical & problem solving skills.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
