FACILITY TRAINEE
- Exposure to Smart Facility Management with IoT and building project specifications.
- Involve in data management, data modification, schematic drawings, and scriptwriting for the Facility Department.
- Assist in plant-wide facilities’ electrical wiring, maintenance, and management.
HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINEE
- Involve in the recruitment process, employees’ compensation & benefits (C&B) processing & administration.
- Assist in orientation program coordination, career fair, students industrial visit, etc.
- Provide facilitation to training, sharing, briefing sessions, and company events.
- Manage training presentation slides, e-learning content, multimedia projects, training documentation, and equipment.
- Facilitate the organizing of company-wide events such as Quarterly Meeting, Annual Dinner, Festival Celebrations, etc.
- Involve in inventory management, company property checklist preparation, issuance of company property to employees & data entry for new hire particular.
V-CHEF TRAINEE
- Assist in handling in-house cafe operations such as account management, inventory count, stock replenishment, material sourcing, beverages preparing & baking.
- Involve in in-house meal preparation, cooking & cleaning activities.
- Contribute ideas to new menus creation.
- Exposure in company-wide event hosting & welfare activities.
MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE
- Coordinate the regular customer survey activities.
- Involve in maintaining marketing materials inventory.
- Assist in back-end support for exhibitions & trade shows.
- Exposure to market research projects & supporting daily marketing inquiries.
- Content writing for marketing materials.
MULTIMEDIA & GRAPHIC DESIGN TRAINEE
- Exposure in designing promotional materials for company products.
- Involve in back-end support for exhibition & trade shows.
- Assist in social media write-up.
- Support daily marketing inquiries.
- Assist in preparing training presentation slides, e-learning content & multimedia projects.
FINANCE TRAINEE
- Exposure in financial planning & analysis (Treasury / Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR)).
