Job Description
- Able to troubleshooting, installation, and assistance in the day-to-day operations for CCTV Surveillance Systems, Door Access Control Systems, ELV & Audio Video.
- Provide services as well as maintenance support.
- Liaise/manage with supplier & contractors for delivery works.

IT Network Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including
- systems hardware and software configurations.
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network
- security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise the electrical & ELV projects from inception to completion.
- Lead, plan, direct and coordinate the project team (internal / external) on electrical & ELV activities and sequencing / interfacing.
- Monitoring and controlling sub‐contractors work‐in‐progress / inspection compliance with site requirements including quality health & safety a statutory & regulatory.

- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work‐related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

Site Safety Supervisor
Job Description
- To assist the Company in developing the safety policies in compliance with the OSH & FMA act & amp; its regulations and consistent with the vision and safety objectives of the Company.
- Take pro‐active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
- To ensure subcontractors comply to the requirements of the Safety Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.
- Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution.
- Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.
- Ensure first aid facility and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition.
- To conduct site safety inspection and recommend corrective action for unsafe act of workers and rectification for unsafe condition in all workplaces by submitting written report to HQ.
- To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record;
- Compile and submit NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, Monthly Safety & Health Report to relevant parties involved (Internal/External).
- Liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with co‐workers, relevant stakeholders and the public using principles of good customer service.
Requirement
- Valid Yellow Book holder registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH)
- At least two (2) years working experience at site and/or assignment exposure
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction/substation/environment for both safety and administration

Job Description
- Reporting to two (2) Operations Manager /General Manager
- Responsible to assist in preparing and compiling Individual Staff Daily Activity report and Monthly service report to operation Manager’s
- Daily operations and administration work.
- Handling HR matters including leave applications, MC, discipline, training and communications. To maintain staff attendance and leave record
- Liaising with advertising company on advertisement for posts available in company and review the suitable candidate and arrange for interview with Operation Manager
- Employment – arrange interview session with candidate and interviewer. Issue Offer Letter for new hires.
- Monitor existing staff performance Evaluation and report to operation manager to check and maintain staff claims record (mileage, parking, telephone etc.)
- To prepare monthly salary and pay slips to all staff
- For staff salary deductions and employer’s contributions, to maintain record and to fill up EPF, Socso, & PCB forms and other deductions such as Zakat for Muslims staff
- Dealing with Industrial Relations and Labour Office should any discipline issue arise
- To prepare yearly E form and EA forms for employees
- Responsible to schedule appointment with vendors and customers
- Taking minutes in departmental meetings etc.

Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can Handle pressure and meet tight datelines.
