    Vacancies available:

    1 – Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

    2 – Senior Software Engineer

    Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Drafting, designing & building automated production equipment to fulfill customers requirement.
    2. Involve in all aspects of mechanical design & become the subject-matter-expert to advise and collaborate with different department, such as Controls, Software, Purchasing, Fabrication, Applications and Service.
    3. Technical and cost calculation.
    4. Technical drawing documentations and Bill of Materials preparation.
    5. Support production team during the final stage of fine tuning of machine.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    ● Posses Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    ● At least 8 years working experience.
    ● Familiar with CAE application, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor.
    ● Strong knowledge in Mechanical calculation tools and terminology, FEA, Geometric & Dimensional Tolerances, forces etc.
    ● Strong interest in robotics and automation, capable of designing tooling from sketches or verbal concepts.

     

    Position: Senior Software Engineer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. PLC, HMI/SCADA system and other control systems (motion control,
    2. vision system, robotic system etc) programming.
    3. Machine software integration, debugging, testing and fine tuning.
    4. Local and overseas site installation and commissioning.
    5. Onsite service support when necessary.
    6. Support machine software validation & technical documents preparation.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: –

    • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology (major in programming)/ Mechatronic.
    • At least 8 years working experience.
    • Strong knowledge in C / C++ language programming is an added advantage.
    • Must be knowledgeable in PLC (Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley) programming.
    • Must be willing to travel.
    • Must possess strong technical acumen, analytical, problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.

     

    Position: Senior Assembly Fine Tuner

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manage a team during the assembly stage of the machine/ line.
    2. Troubleshooting and fine-tune.
    3. Problems solving. Provide ideas, guidance to the engineering team during the fine-tuning stage.
    4. Conduct pre-acceptance at factory with customer.
    5. Installation, set-up, final machine/ line acceptance at customer site. 

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
    • Hands on in assembly.
    • Must be willing to travel domestic and overseas when required.

     

    Position: Sales Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. To aid sales growth with our existing customer base and scope out new opportunities to provide engineered solutions for automated assembly equipment within the medical and pharmaceutical market.
    2. Based in Penang office but you will also cover South East Asia with some international travel.
    3. Present our company profile and propose standard and bespoke technical equipment layouts. To aid the customer to find engineered solutions for their technical challenges.
    4. Manage existing customer base and designated Key Accounts Customers.
    5. To understand market trends and purpose growth opportunities to management.
    6. Prepare marketing material to promote our equipment and activities.
    7. Provide prompt customer feedback and maintain customer relationships.
    8. Work in a team to aid finalize equipment proposals and ensure the suggested engineered solutions meet to the customers’ requirements.
    9. Report to management with regular accurate forecasts and precise sales activities reports.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-

    • Someone who understand how important customer relationship must be, that can sell engineered solutions and manage key account customers.
    • Significant experience within the automation industry, finding solutions for customer challenges.
    • Self-motivated and hungry for success.
    • Client and result-focused approach to sales, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
    • Be well versed with market research and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ideally with a Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or Engineering or similar training background.
    • 10 years + working experience in related field and be technically or engineered minded.
    • Good teamwork and communication skills.
    • Possess analytical and strong presentation skills.
    • Speak fluent English, other languages are an advantage.
