Position: Line Leader

Job Description:

• To conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all time at the respective working area.
• To be self-discipline, practice good punctually and responsible for their respective job function assigned.
• Follow all safety rules and where applicable to wear the necessary PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) provided.
• Must be able to adapt to any job as per assigned by the supervisor.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality System, Environmental Procedures and Policy.
• Responsible for a group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment.
• Conduct on the job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as at when required.
• Assist supervisors and Head of Leaded/Molded Inductor Production in the daily running of production.
• Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output.
• Liaise with technician for machine set up and machine down/problem.
• Ensure operators achieve/perform to daily targets and output.
• Responsibility to stop line and inform superior whenever encountered abnormality in the process/product during the manufacturing process flow.

Requirement:

• SPM or diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry.

Skills required:

• Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to use the computer with knowledge in basic Microsoft.

Position: Line Support

Job Description:

Position: Material Handler

Job Description:

• Receives materials from Raw Material Store to the respective process and arrange them accordingly in the shelf.
• Ensure quantity/material received is according to the Lot Summary.
• Sent parts to next processes and completed lots to Finished Goods Store.
• Maintain good housekeeping/discipline at work area/station.
• Follow all safety rules and where applicable to wear the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Assist production whenever required.
• Relieves operators at critical process when operator in break.
• Prepare packing materials for production and assist production to do packing/weighing of parts.
• Weigh and dispose schedule waste accordingly.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality System, Environmental Procedures and Policy.
• Responsibility to stop line and inform superior whenever encountered and abnormality in the process /product during the manufacturing process flow.

Requirements:

• SPM or completed secondary school.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry.

Skills required:

• Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Position: Production Technician

Job Descriptions:

• Produce output and troubleshooting on production machinery.
• Set up new model and machinery for production.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for production machinery.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years experiences on manufacturing environment. (Prefer on electronic component manufacturing)
• Any technical certificate (Prefer on mechanical)

Skills required:

• Able to deal with fine adjustment for mechanical alignment.

Position: ES Technician

Job Description:

• Responsible in trouble shooting machine problem related to electronic failures
• Uploading and downloading production machine software
• Performing the Preventive Maintenance according to the checklist and/or work instructions
• Complying to quality, environmental, safety and health procedure, rules and regulations
• Complying to 5S regulations
• Supporting superior and providing assistance in other duties whenever requested or required

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
• Min 1 year working experience
• Knowledge in using electronic equipment – know how to read multimeter and how to do simple wiring (replaced sensor, motor control and able to read diagram)
• Trouble shooting problem related to electronic failures

Position: IQA Inspector

Job Description:

• Conducting daily quality checks and data recording
• Maintaining quality records
• Providing quality related feedbacks to superior
• Ensuring accepted and rejected parts are identify after inspection
• Complying to 5S regulations

Requirement:

• Min SPM
• Preferable with working experience in QA Process
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia

Position: QA Inspector

Pay Scale: RM1500

Job Description:

• Execute daily quality checks and data recording
• Maintain quality records
• Provide quality related feedbacks to superior
• Identify accepted and rejected parts after inspection
• Comply with 5S regulations

Requirement:

• Min SPM
• Preferable with working experience in QA Process
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia

Position: Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Ensure all product processes are well executed and improved prior approval and communicate to all related departments.
• Ability to identify all the issues and/or potential problems that might arise in the products processes.
• To consistently find way to improve existing and new products and machine processes to increase products efficiency and to reduce scrap cost effectively.
• To lead and perform evaluation/failure analysis on products and processes by using appropriate techniques such as PFMEA, Mistake proofing, Project management, 7QA tools, and etc.
• Ensure all the prepared and updated production work instructions/all process documentation are well recorded.
• To perform and ensure all machine, jigs and fixture buyoff for production have been well executed and recorded.
• To verify and ensure all evaluation reports are accurate and comply to our standard procedure/customer specific requirements.
• To ensure all the given projects complete according to the time schedule.
• To ensure all products processes comply to quality, environment, safety and health procedure.
• Supporting superior and providing assistance in other duties whenever requested or required.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing) or equivalent.
• Preferably fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Candidate must be hands-on, co-operations, well discipline, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently.
• Ability to work with all level of people and adapt to any kind of working environment.

Position: Buyer/Purchaser

Job Description:

• Review weekly direct materials requirements (for allocated types)
• Sourcing material with relevant suppliers, negotiating prices and continually improve price status, including transporters (logistic/delivery partner services).
• Co-ordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules and on non-conforming parts.
• Co-ordinating/liasing with Planning on delivery schedule.
• Issuance of purchase orders
• Settling any invoicing / payment or delivery issues
• Proposing MOQ for stock level.
• Requesting samples and quotations
• Updating /following up purchasing guidelines & procedures.
• Arranging and co-ordinating with subcontractors on required materials.
• Complying to 5S regulations.
• Assist in other duties as and when assign.
• Supporting supperior and providing assistance whenever requested or required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management Marketing or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing environment
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)

Special skills required:

• Understanding China tax and Custom requirements
• Arithmetic skills in order to close a purchase deal effectively
• Computer literate in MS office application (MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and etc.)
• Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
