    Senior System Analyst

    Job Description
    • Implements and oversees computer systems for a business or organization with the goal of increasing efficiency.
    • Perform activities of requirement gatherings and producing specifications for new or modified features, products, and capabilities, aligned with the organization standards.
    • To accomplish projects or given tasks within the estimated timeframe, or operational tasks daily and ensure they are handled according to the Systems Analysis workflow.
    • Liaise with various business units to determine requirements, perform trouble shooting, identify root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion.
    • Document and analyze business related systems, manage risks and provide input to the risk management process, report the progress, and route any issues appropriately.
    Requirements
    • Educational qualifications with a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or equivalent.
    • Prior experience as an analyst, in programming languages or RDBMS database knowledge, experience in Oracle or MS SQL will be an advantage
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex information systems projects concurrently
    • Team player with ability to work in a team and individual contributor
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
    • Adhere to policies, procedures, and information security practices

    R&D Engineer

    Job Description
    • To perform activities of requirement gatherings and producing specifications for new or modified features, products, and capabilities, aligned with the organization standards.
    • Uses product and customer applications knowledge to determine, define, develop, and validate design concepts and methods and meet product/development cost and schedule.
    • Process analysis, design, implementation, problem solving, system testing (UAT) and bug fixes
    • In charge of facilitating and leading transition of product design and enhancements to full production/delivery.
    • Expected to participate in and carry out projects to research, develop, testing and deploy IoT Solutions.
    • Perform IoT Platform installation, configuration, and update both on-cloud and on-premises
    • Provide technical support and feasibility study on application level.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent
    • 1-2 Years’ experience in programming (Python, C#, SignalR, MVC), SQL, relational databases, software development and systems
    • Hands on experience with data acquisition, database selection, data analytics and setup.
    • Good understanding of machine learning, data analytics and visualization.
    • Team player with ability to work in a team and individual contributor
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English

     

    IT Technician

    Job Description
    • Good customer service and technical skills and constantly follow up a request to completion on time.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Update IT documentation when needed (e.g. IT loan unit tracking etc.)
    • IT hardware and software support.
    • HW: desktop, laptop, printer, barcode printer, barcode scanner, RF scanner, thin clients, audio/visual, and other IT accessories.
    • SW: Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, SCCM, Trend Micro antivirus, Trend Micro Full Disk Encryption, Adobe Reader, Kofax PowerPDF, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, GlobalProtect, Cisco Jabber, Stratodesk (For NComputing RX300 thin client remote support tool, VSpace (For NComputing N500 thin client remote support tool), Zoom, IT tools, OS reimaging using SCCM etc.
    • Basic networking knowledge and skill (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network commands).
      Analyze user requests and propose/recommend the most practical solution (cost-effective to the company, meets the business requirements, and does not violate policies, regulatory requirements, or the law.
    • Update IT Asset Inventory upon making a change to an asset (e.g. after assigning a computer to a new user or replacing a faulty computer, upgrading the OS, upgrading the RAM/disk/misc. accessories), update the record in eITIMS
    • Keep your manager well-informed of any updates

    Requirements

    • Possess at least Diploma/post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
    • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Strong technical knowledge, strong networking capabilities and relationship management skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and a strong team player.
