Systems Analyst – (Oracle ERP)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring its smooth functioning and resolving any technical or functional issues that arise.
- Collaborate with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot and address system-related problems promptly.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules as part of ongoing projects.
Support data integration efforts between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Oracle ERP environment, streamlining workflows and enhancing system efficiency.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications with a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, with focus on ERP systems. (Oracle ERP background is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
IT Engineer – (M365 Platform Developer or M365 Solutions Developer or M365 Platform Engineer)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform
- Design and develop customized PowerApps applications, SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business needs
- Utilize Power Bl to create interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards, enabling data analysis and insights for business users.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users, training them on the effective use of M365 platform tools.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the M365 platform, including
SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Bl, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and data analysis. - Document technical specifications, solution designs, and user guides for developed solutions.
- Assist in the deployment, migration, and administration of M365 platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security; and performance.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications with a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional
degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or equivalent. - Experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Bl.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and information security practices.
HR & Admin (Senior)
Job Descriptions:
HR Functions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare monthly salary and pay slips to all employees.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- Assist in searching for training providers and arrange for training
- Monitor existing staff performance evaluation.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
- Schedule appointment with vendors and customers.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as requested.
- Any ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Basic Knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Laws in Malaysia
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Independent and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to start immediately/within short notice is an added advantage
IT Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Full time trainer
- Evaluate and conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs
- Promote, create, and design training programs to equip employees/end-users with the appropriate skills
- Plan, coordinate and implement the training classes and activities
- Facilitate courses offered by content experts professionally
- Monitor and coordinate training programs
- Apply alternative teaching methods to cater various skill level individuals
- Evaluate effectiveness of each training sessions
- Upgrade and update training outlines and materials
- Deliver training programs in face to face or virtual mode
- Assist in administration and coordination with HR and HRD Corp for grant and claim application
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or in a relevant field
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position
- HRD Corp certified trainer (Train the Trainer certification) is a plus
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Experience designing training/course material
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
